Two Vikings named to MEC All-Conference Team

WILMINGTON, NC - Hoggard juniors Stilman White and Lawson Ahrens were named to the 2009-2010 All-Conference team by the Mideastern Conference. The two Viking leaders combined to average over 30 points per game and led their team to a second place finish in the conference.
White averaged 15.7 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game while shooting 52 percent from the floor, 49 percent from three point range, and 74 percent from the free throw line.
Ahrens averaged 14.5 points per game while making 72 three pointers on the season. He also shot 78 percent from the free throw line. |
